Informers of construction company Odebrecht disclosed that the company set up fraud schemes in contracts abroad to supply its area of illegal payments.
The details were given by the company's former president and heir to the group, Marcelo Odebrecht, and by former employees Fernando Migliaccio and Hilberto Mascarenhas.
All three reported to Herman Benjamin, the rapporteur of the process that could cancel the Rousseff-Temer presidential campaign at the Electoral High Court.
Folha verified that more than 90% of the department's resources used to pay bribes, which transacted some US$% 3.39 billion between 2006 and 2014, came from the model connected to construction abroad.
The so-called "generation" sector produced inexistent contracts - it reduced the margin of profit and taxes paid, creating an income surplus.
Another strategy consisted of simulating losses in financial operations to pay for slash funds.
The resources also were converted into high salary bonuses.
