LETÍCIA CASADO
FROM BRASÍLIA
On Sunday (28), nine days from the start of the cassation trial of his mandate by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), President Michel Temer traded his Minister of Justice.
Torquato Jardim, who had been serving as the Minister of Transparency, replaced Osmar Serraglio. With the substitution, the president intends to improve his dialog with the TSE, of which Jardim was once minister, and with the Supreme Federal Court, who is leading the Temer investigation.
The new minister is well connected with the Court. Serraglio had been criticized for his slow decisions.

Temer decided to nominate him for the role of Minister of Transparency.
With the decision, the retired federal deputy Rodrigo Rocha Loures (PMDB-PR), maintains a privileged forum.
Rocha Loures came under fire for accepting bribes in a JBS plea deal and is under investigation in the Supreme Court, in the same probe that is investigating the president.
