DE SÃO PAULO
Former president of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) Ricardo Teixeira sold a mansion in Miami for US$ 9 million (R$ 30 million, according to the exchange rate on the day of business).
The property is over 600 m² and it was purchased by MB Lake Avenue Property LLC on July 24, according to Florida's real estate website "The Real Deal".
In 2013, Folha published that Teixeira bought the seven-bedroom and eight-bathroom property for US$ 7.4 million after resigning the office of head of the CBF, pressed by corruption scandals in Brazil and Switzerland.
The ex-head of the soccer federation, who commanded Brazilian football for 23 years, bought the house from former Russian tennis player Anna Kournikova in 2012.
