Brazil Will Host a World Cup of Peace and Against Racism, Says Dilma

President Dilma Rousseff said on Thursday (20) that the 2014 World Cup will be the "The Cup of Peace". Standing beside Felipão at a ceremony in Caxias do Sul (RS), she said the event is "special" because "people get together".
"It's a playful dispute, in which the brand should be the harmonious call among different nations," she stated
The statement came a day after Dilma mention the possibility of the Armed Forces getting involved in event security.
"It's a cup that indeed, address the question of the joy of diversity, mainly because it's a cup against racism."
The president also said that Brazil is "at peace with its neighbors".
The speech was delivered at the opening of the National Grape Festival, which takes place every two years in the Southern Brazil town.
Dilma left the place without speaking to the press. Yesterday, she was still would travel to the Vatican.
By morning, the President had made a visit to Beira-Rio stadium in Porto Alegre, which will host the World Cup.
