Neymar Obtains Court Order to Suspend the Sale of Men's Magazine

NR Sports, the company that manages Neymar's career, obtained on Wednesday (25) a court order that determines the suspension of the sale of this month's issue of "Playboy".

The model on the cover of the magazine published by Editora Abril is Patrícia Jordane, the so-called "the brunette that enchanted Neymar".

In this issue, the model says she had once been romantically involved with the player.

"They published a lie about Neymar's personal life and improperly used his name" informed NR Sports in a statement on the case on its website.

Sergio Xavier, the editor of Brazilian Playboy, said that as yet the magazine had not been notified by any legal authority that he would not talk about it.

"The magazine remains available in the newsstands'', he said. Xavier did not comment on the argument of NR Sports that motivated the court order.

The order determines the magazine must be pulled from newsstands. If not, the publisher would be fined US$ 4,5 thousand a day.

Neymar is currently dating the TV Globo actress Bruna Marquezine.
