Asked if the system is reliable, he said that "there is no evidence from the Electoral Public Ministry" that says it is unreliable. "The attorney general of the Republic participated, during my term, in all acts pertaining to the elections, legitimizing the elections, all of them."

Aras showed discomfort when asked about his role in the Attorney General's Office and rejected criticism that he had been silent on Bolsonaro. He stated that the assessment comes from people who do not know the laws, and that he can only manifest himself legally.

In 13 minutes of conversation with the reporter, he declared that he saw no difficulty in the relationship with the Supreme Court and that the dialogue was permanent. And he dodged the Attorney General’s opinion that questions the effectiveness of the face mask to contain Covid.
