Folha's survey shows that 24 were achieved, 6 only partially and 5 were not met

The Jair Bolsonaro administration managed to meet two-thirds of the goals it set for the first 100 days of its term.

At the end of January, the Civil House committed to achieving 35  "objective goals" within the stipulated deadline, which ended Wednesday (10).

According to a survey conducted by Folha, 24 were achieved, 6 partially performed and 5 were not met.

Folha examined each promise and determined if each was achieved exactly as it was described by the Civil House.

The following measures were not met: the independence of the Central Bank, the restructuring of EBC (Empresa Brasil de Comunicação) and the reduction of Mercosur tariffs.

On Thursday (11), in a celebration of the hundred days, Onyx Lorenzoni, the Minister of the Civil House, said that all the goals were met. But some of them never left paper.

Asked what criteria he used to full compliance, he said the commitment was to show that the goals are ongoing and will "go on".

"What was our commitment? To make action within the hundred days that showed that the government is executing it. There are things that do not depend only on the people, they depend on the Parliament," he said.
