The Federal Police requested the Supreme Court to investigate alleged illegal transfers to Justice Dias Toffoli.
The request is based on Sérgio Cabral's award-winning collaboration agreement.
According to information obtained by the Panel, the ex-governor of Rio says that Toffoli received R $ 4 million to decide in favor of two Rio de Janeiro mayor cases before the Superior Electoral Court.
Toffoli was a Justice of the Court from 2012 to 2016, having served as President from May 2014 to May 2016.
The payments, says Cabral, would have been made in 2014 and 2015 and made operational by Hudson Braga, former secretary of Works in Rio de Janeiro.
In the whistleblower version, the transfers would have involved the office of Toffoli's wife, lawyer Roberta Rangel.
The minister says he is unaware of the facts mentioned and never received the alleged illegal values.
