President Jair Bolsonaro has made 27 changes at the top level in two and a half years of government with the recent ministerial changes. After meeting with senator Ciro Nogueira (PP-PI) on Tuesday (27), Bolsonaro invited him to be the chief of staff, which until then had been occupied by General Luiz Eduardo Ramos.
With the current changes, Ramos takes over the command of the General Secretariat of the Presidency, currently with Onyx Lorenzoni. Leorenzoni will move to the Ministry of Employment and Welfare, to be recreated with the dismemberment of the Economy ministry.
The history of reformulation of the Esplanade shows that the Chief of Staff and Health Ministry are in their fourth incumbent in the period of government. Also, one ministry has been controlled by the same person on two different occasions. In the AGU (solicitor general's office) André Mendonça was replaced with José Levi, but he returned to the position in a later rearrangement.
