Alexandre de Moraes Orders Arrest of Bolsonaro Influencer and Calls on The Ministry of Justice to Extradite him from The United States

Allan dos Santos moved to the United States after entering the crosshairs of the federal police

Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered the arrest of the Bolsonaro influencer Allan dos Santos of the website Terça Livre. As Santos is in the US, where he moved after being targeted by fake news inquiries and anti-democratic acts, the minister called the Ministry of Justice to request his extradition.

Folha found that the arrest request was made by the PF and the Attorney General's Office was against it. As Folha showed, in recent weeks Instagram, YouTube and Twitter have suspended the accounts of Santos and his website, Terça Livre, also used by Moraes in the investigation of digital militias. The minister also authorized a search and seizure at the home of a former intern of Supreme Court Justice Ricardo Lewandowski who was an informant to Santos in conversations revealed by Folha. The influencer circumvented Moraes' decision and has been running the programs on his website on the 220 page.
