The number of Covid-19 deaths in Brazil reached 157,163 this Sunday (25), after 237 new records of deaths. Since March, at least 5,393,759 have contracted the disease, adding 12,535 new records in the last 24 hours.

The data collected by the consortium also show that the daily average of deaths in the last seven days caused by the new coronavirus was 468, maintaining the downward trend. Two weeks ago, that average was 604, and four weeks ago, 697.
