Owner of 40% of Neymar's economic rights before his move to Barcelona, the group of investors DIS sees "strong evidence" of fraud in the transfer of the player from Santos to Barcelona.

The DIS want to receive € 25 million (US$ 27 million) from the Brazilian team, the Spanish team and the player himself.

Investors notified clubs involved in the transfers and Neymar and his representatives on March 28th, pointing operations that, according to the DIS, are irregular.

In the document, obtained by Folha, the group mentions that there were "sham contracts" and that N&N, Neymar's family business, is a stooge.

The DIS believes that Santos, Barcelona and the player have signed agreements that harmed investors.

In the notification, the DIS group says Neymar signed a deal with Barcelona in 2011 ensuring his transfer to the club. Under this agreement, Neymar was entitled to € 40 million (US$ 43 million). The group refers to this value to "unexplained benefits".

Therefore, Investors plead to 40% of this amount, € 16 million (US$ 17 million).

The DIS also say they were offered other "unjustified benefits from Barcelona to Santos." In the notification, DIS gives the deadline of April 30th for the transaction to be explained and reports that they will press charges about this matter.

The former president of Santos, between December 2009 and August 2013, Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro says that due to health problems, he did not participate in the negotiations between Santos, Neymar and Barcelona.

By the time this edition was finished, N&N, the company that looks after of Neymar's career, did not respond to questions on the allegations made by DIS. Nor did Wagner Ribeiro, Neymar's agent.

Persued, via press office, Barcelona also did not respond.
