The CBF president José Maria Marin did not forgive Luiz Felipe Scolari for the mistakes in preparing the team to face Germany.

The manager criticized the lineup and did not like the strategy used in the days prior to the match.

He was surprised when Bernard joined the team.

Marin believes the coach was the main responsible for the 7-1 humiliating thrashing by Germany.

The embarrassment in Belo Horizonte refrained Brazil from winning the World Cup. On Saturday (12), the team will play the third place match against the Netherlands, in Brasília.

The CBF president expected Scolari to set a tighter defence.

On the eve of the game, the coach had promised him a stronger squad, with tight marking and with Oscar and Fred in the attack, what did not happen.

The manager disapproved Scolari's effort to hide the strategy. At the occasion, he tested six different formations and only put Bernard in the final minutes. The training was also conducted without an opponent on the pitch.

Scolari admitted he had tested several options to confuse journalists and, consequently, the Germans.

Marin now awaits the end of the World Cup to fire Scolari. Former Corinthians coach Tite is the favourite to replace him.

The CBF president visited the players yesterday, but did not make any statement on the failure of the Brazilian team at the World Cup.
