With the arrival of summer and Carnival, two companies from Pernambuco came together to launch a beer popsicle.
The product launches this Thursday (9) in 24 points of sale in Pernambuco. It is estimated that by the end of Carnival, 30,000 units will be sold.
The invention comes from the traditional Pernambuco ice cream parlor Frisabor, with 62 years in the market, and the craft brewery EkĆ¤ut, present in four northeastern states and with operations started in 2016.
It took four months of studies and simulations with different concentrations until the invention came true.
The popsicle, which will sell for R$ 7, has 60 ml. āOur beer has 500 ml. A popsicle represents a much smaller amount, āsays EkĆ¤ut CEO Diogo Chiaradia.
