President Jair Bolsonaro again threatened to cancel the 2022 elections and declared that he could act outside the constitutional limits.

Hours earlier, Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes included him in a fake News investigation into the 2018 election campaign.

"An investigation without any legal basis cannot start with the Supreme Court. Does he open, investigate and punish? Is it within the four lines of the Constitution? It's not, so the antidote to that isn't within the four lines of the Constitution either."

The comment was made in an interview with Jovem Pan radio. He propagated the request to establish hearings on the electronic ballot box and spoke of using weapons of opposition. "I play within the four lines of the Constitution and play, if necessary, with weapons on the other side."

The president of the Superior Electoral court , Luís Roberto Barroso, called Bolsonaro's attacks authoritarianism.
