The case took place on Saturday (27), the day Juliana celebrated her birthday. She was accompanied by her parents at the Casa do Saulo restaurant and, according to witnesses, had drunk two bottles of wine.

At the end of the lunch, after getting agitated during an argument at her table, the psychologist started cursing the establishment's employees, who requested her to leave.

The Museum of Tomorrow administration released a statement against homophobia after the aggression committed by Juliana.

Her family said they will not comment on the case and that there is a lawyer following the lawsuit.
