A brand known for its luxury hotels in Buenos Aires and Miami, Faena will open a high-end complex in the region of Avenida Faria Lima, in São Paulo. The first Faena in Brazil is an association between the chain and the construction company Even.
The development will bring together a hotel with around 100 rooms, a cultural center with art and gastronomy, and a space for events, in addition to 140 luxury residential units.
The Faena in Buenos Aires bears the quality seal of the Leading Hotels of the World. With five stars, it has rooms and suites ranging from 30 m² to 250 m². It also has four restaurants, including the Bistro Sur.
In São Paulo, Accor will be responsible for the hotel operation. The nearly 20,000 m² lot is close to the Eldorado Shopping Mall. Sales start this year and work is expected to start by the end of 2024.
