The Ministry of Health confirmed on Wednesday (4) the third case of coronavirus in Brazil. All three are from São Paulo.
The 3rd patient is a 46-year-old man born in Colombia, but who lives in São Paulo. In the last few weeks, he was in Spain, Italy, Austria, and Germany, and returned on the 29th. On Wednesday, he was seen at Albert Einstein hospital and had his case confirmed in tests. Now he is in isolation at home.
A fourth case, registered in São Paulo is a 13-year-old patient entered the Beneficência Portuguesa hospital. Before, she was in Milan and then the Dolomites region in Italy, where she was admitted to a hospital because of a knee injury.
According to Health Minister Luiz Henrique Mandetta, the 3rd patient has had no symptoms so far. Still, he was at the hospital on Monday (2), where he did a test for the coronavirus, whose samples were sent to Fleury and were positive. The exam awaits the result of a counter-test.
