Bolsonaro Rides a Motorcycle and Talks without a Mask with Street Sweepers in Alvorada

President of Brazil underwent three coronavirus tests and remains in isolation at the official residence

Despite being infected with the coronavirus, President Jair Bolsonaro (without a party) rode a motorcycle inside the property on Thursday (23) and, without a mask, talked to professionals who do the cleaning in the outside area of the official residence.

The president has been in isolation since July 6 and has already done three tests for Covid-19, which was photographed by the Reuters agency.

In the images, Bolsonaro does not wear a mask and stops to talk to a group of cleaning workers. At one point, he takes off his helmet to talk to the street sweepers.

The use of masks is recommended by specialists as important to avoid contamination by the virus.

The General Secretariat of the Presidency, responsible for the palace's janitorial office, said that it is not up to him to express his opinion on whether or not Bolsonaro failed to comply with any health protocol during the tour.

The three tests done by Bolsonaro to detect the coronavirus were positive. The last one was released on Wednesday (22).
