Dutra's temporary arrest, decreed by the Federal Court of Itaituba (PA), was revealed by Jeso's Blog and confirmed by Folha. In a note, the PF reported that "a federal civil servant would have received at least R $ 150,000 from miners in the Itaituba region, as a way to 'shield' them from possible police actions." The statement did not mention that this is a delegate.

According to the PF, a lobbyist from the miners brokered the payment to the delegate and

inside information. At the time, Dutra was located in Itaituba. In addition to the delegate, the alleged lobbyist, Paulo Ney, was also arrested on Tuesday. In parallel, search and seizure warrants were carried out in Santarém, Itaituba and São Paulo.
