The decision was published on Saturday night (3) after Anajure (National Association of Evangelical Jurists) filed an ADPF (Failure to Comply with the Court's Fundamental Precept) alleging that the suspension of services and masses violates a fundamental right of religious freedom and the secular principle of the state.

The measure states that churches shall operate at up to 25% of their capacity, comply with social distance rules, and keep the space airy (with windows and doors open whenever possible). The use of protective masks, the provision of alcohol gel, and checking the public's temperature at the entrance are also mandatory.
