Disapproval of Supreme Court Justices Rises again and Reaches 33%, Shows Datafolha

Amidst the clash between the Supreme Court and the Bolsonaro administration, 24% rate the judges' performance as excellent or good

The disapproval of the actions of the justices of the Federal Supreme Court grew again, according to a survey by Datafolha.

According to the survey, 33% of those interviewed consider the performance of the court ministers to be bad or terrible, compared to 24% who rate their performance as good or excellent. For 36%, the assessment is regular, and another 7% could not answer.

In the previous survey in which this topic was addressed, in August 2020, the disapproval was 29%, compared to 27% who considered the work of magistrates to be excellent or good.

Research by the institute also points out that 38% consider the performance of Congress to be bad or terrible.

On Wednesday (7) and Thursday (8) last week, Datafolha heard in person 2,074 people in 146 municipalities across the country. The survey's margin of error is two percentage points, plus or minus, and the confidence level is 95%.
