Former president Lula and former São Paulo governor Geraldo Alckmin made their first joint appearance in public this Sunday (19th) amid rumors that former toucan will be the PT's vice-president in the dispute for the presidency in the 2022 elections.
The long-awaited meeting between the two took place during a dinner promoted by the Prerrogativas lawyers group, which had around 500 guests at the A Figueira Rubaiyat restaurant, in São Paulo.
Former President Lula arrived at around 7:20 pm and entered the back of the restaurant, away from journalists. Former governor Alckmin also arrived quietly.
