Catarina is the first private international airport in Brazil, located in São Roque, 74 km from downtown São Paulo. Inaugurated in 2019, the airport is already expanding its facilities to meet the growing demand for executive aviation. With a landing strip of 2,470 meters, larger than Congonhas and Campo de Marte, Catarina can receive direct flights to the United States and Europe. Currently, the airport operates around 800 flights per month, 15% of which are international.

The hangars have the capacity to house aircraft of different sizes and customers have the option of renting extra space to create custom suites and offices. Although the airport terminal is small, it offers a luxurious atmosphere, with leather armchairs, decorated bookcases, and a wine cellar.
In addition to the airport, the JHSF group also owns the Catarina Fashion Outlet, located on the other side of the highway, which stands out as a unique destination in the area, despite being an outlet mall.
