The court also determined that the comedian should not leave São Paulo without authorization and that he report to the authorities once a month to provide clarification on his activities.

According to the newspaper Gazeta do Povo, in the decision, Judge Gina Fonseca Correa points out that the comedian would be "reproducing speeches and positions that are now repudiated", mentioning in his jokes themes such as slavery, religious persecution, minorities, as well as elderly and disabled people.

According to Lins, the measure could "set a dangerous precedent for comedy and art in general". "The show did not violate any YouTube norms, it was even monetized. The Prosecution Service which made the request, ignored the platform and considered the show as a criminal act", he adds.

Comedians such as Fábio Porchat, Oscar Filho, and Antonio Tabet have criticized the court's decision.
