Federal prosecutor Deltan Dallagnol told members in a digital message group that Supreme Court Justice Luiz Fuz declared his support of the Lava Jato task force, and said they could count him to "do what is needed," according to the site The Intercept Brasil.

The site's executive editor, Leandro Demori, read this excerpt in an interview with BandNews radio on Wednesday (12).

Demori says that Deltan told a group of prosecutors: "Dear, I talked to the Fux again today. Reserved, of course: Justice Fux said almost spontaneously that Teori [Zavascki] arm wrestled with Moro and saw that it burned, and that the tone of Moro's response afterward was great," he wrote.

He went on: "'I told him to tell us what we need, once again.' Now he only needs to invite me to his house like a good Carioca. But everything looks great. I spoke about the importance of protecting ourselves as institutions. Especially in the new government. "

Also, according to the website, the statements were made in April 2016, after the Chamber of Deputies approved the impeachment of then-President Dilma Rousseff. Michel Temer temporarily took over the presidency in May of that year.

Next, according to Demori, Deltan also forwarded the report to then judge Sergio Moro, who is Justice Minister in Jair Bolsonaro's government.

Moro read the message and said: "Excellent. In Fux we trust."

This is the first piece of conversation between Lava Jato authorities to be released since last Sunday (9) when The Intercept Brasil website published messages that show collaboration between Deltan and Moro in over the years during the operation.

The Federal Prosecutor's Office has informed that it will not speak on the matter.
