The two nominees of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) at the court, Justices Kassio Nunes Marques and André Mendonça, partially disagreed. Both believe that the Supreme Court should reject complaints against the people identified as inciting the acts.

Other 250 complaints will be judged between the early hours of this Wednesday (3) and 11:59 pm on the 8th. With this, the Supreme Court will reach 550 cases analyzed. In all, 1,390 people were denounced by the PGR (Office of the Prosecutor General) regarding involvement in the attacks.
